New York League of Humane Voters Presents Groundbreaking Political Event

le

If you live in NYC and give half a crap about animals than you MUST make this event!

On Tuesday, May 26th (AKA TOMORROW), you will have the chance to meet candidates running to be New York City’s next Mayor, Public Advocate and Comptroller, as well as Manhattan’s next District Attorney. The candidates will appear at a groundbreaking forum organized by the New York League of Humane Voters and will answer your questions about animal welfare issues.

According to to the League:

“There’s never been an event like this before in NYC history. It’s the first time citywide candidates in NYC have so publicly addressed animal protection during the campaign. This is an incredible opportunity to make animal protection issues part of the mainstream political discourse. Let’s make the room flood over with animal advocates! With your help, this will be an event (and an issue) the candidates won’t soon forget! Bring a friend or two!”

The event will be held from 7pm-10pm at the LGBT Center, 208 W. 13th St., Rm. 301 and is totally free! Seriously — this is NOT one to be missed!
