Vegan Drinks Take Over America As Boston Announces New Chapter
Posted in Events on 18. Mar, 2009
Vegan Drinks happy hours have been the talk of many towns recently, and are taking the U.S. by storm!
Just yesterday, VEGdaily showcased San Fransisco’s Vegan Drinks, and today we’re pleased to announce that on April 1st, Boston will launch their own Vegan Drinks at Fajitas & ‘Ritas, whose margaritas, chips and salsa, and veg fajitas are all vegan.Â
The soon-to-be ubiquitous networking events started in May 2008 when Brooklyn Law student Deborah Diamant craved veg interaction … and the rest is history.
Now, less than a year later, there are regular Vegan Drinks held in Cleveland, Philadelphia (where you’ll find me!), Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, the Twin Cities, San Francisco, Washington, D.C and now Boston.
If the socializing fad has not yet come to a city near you, consider organizaing one! Anyone can do it, just follow the tips for a successful Drinks and be sure to let them know about it so they can help spread the word.
Cheers, vegans!
