If you’re a regular Ecorazzi reader, you know that we’ve been waiting on pins and needles to see Eric Prescott’s documentary I’m Vegan.Â
In short, I’m Vegan is a series of short documentary profiles that will feature vegans from all walks of life. The project is being produced to address preconceptions about vegans and veganism and will be distributed for free over the web.Â
Eric is right now in the process of filming the vegtastic doc and has just released a new video blog about his journey.Â
